  • What is the minimum for working with The Henderson Financial Group?
    For Investment Advisory services, our AUM (assets under management) minimum is $100,000. If you are seeking services such as Budgeting, Retirement Planning, Life Insurance, Debt Elimination or Real Estate & Loan Origination, the $100,000 AUM does not apply.
  • I was referred by someone I trust, and I want what they have! Can you give me that?
    We can assure you that we will provide you with the same high level of service and expertise as the person that referred you. However, we cannot guarantee that we will give you exactly what they have. We can promise you that we will listen to your concerns and then review and assess your financial situation before recommending solutions that are appropriate for your personal financial position.
  • I was referred to a specific Advisor. Can you ensure that I’ll only work with that person?
    At The Henderson Financial Group we have a team of highly trained and experienced professionals. Having a team enables us to provide you with the best experience possible. In most cases, you will work directly with a team of Adviors as well as support staff.
  • I’m not ready to fully engage your services at this time. However, I have a situation that I need professional help with. Do you offer consultations?
    We understand that you may need the expertise of a professional advisor in a limited capacity. Please use this link to schedule a consultation with your professional of choice.
  • How do you get paid?
    We are paid in several ways. To develop financial planning recommendations, you pay our firm a financial planning fee. To provide consulting services outside of a comprehensive financial plan, you pay our firm a consultation fee. To provide educational content and courses, you pay a fee to access the course. To manage the assets in your Investment Advisory Account you pay our firm an advisory fee each quarter. To buy and sell investments in your brokerage accounts, you pay commissions, sales charges, and markups. We are paid part of these commissions and fees. When you buy insurance products, the insurance company will pay us a commission.
  • What can I expect in a relationship if I became a client?
    As a client of The Henderson Financial Group, you are welcomed into a relationship where your financial success becomes our main priority.   • Is The Henderson Financial Group a One Stop Shop?
    The Henderson Financial Group is indeed a one-stop-shop for most of your financial needs. We offer a comprehensive suite of services, spanning everything from planning your retirement and managing your investments to eliminating debt and navigating real estate transactions. However, we recognize that some specialized services may not be within our primary scope. In such cases, we leverage our extensive network of trusted professionals to provide you with referrals for these additional services. This way, you can rest assured that all your financial needs are addressed, with the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Am I able to access the funds in my portfolio in the case of an emergency?
    While you always have access to funds in your portfolio, we strongly recommend that you have an emergency fund outside of your investments. Your investment accounts are different from your emergency fund.
  • Do you work with only local clients?
    We work with clients all over the world. We use technology to connect with and service our clients in the best way possible.
  • How would you invest my assets?
    While we have a wide range of investment opportunities available, each client’s assets are invested in a way that is suitable to your investment objectives and needs.
  • What is fiduciary duty?
    Fiduciary duty maintains that Investment Advisers must act in the best interest of the client as outlined in the Advisers Act.
